Personal Data Protection Notice

As SSN Sports / Rekk Sporcu Gıdaları, we process the personal data you share with our product verification service in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Data processed: full name, e-mail address, the product code you checked, where you bought the product, IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country/city), date of the query.

Purposes: verifying the authenticity of the product, sending you the verification result by e-mail, detecting counterfeit products and abuse attempts, and complying with legal obligations. With your explicit consent, contacting you about campaigns and announcements.

Retention: data is kept only as long as the purpose requires; it is then deleted or anonymised.
